Aloha and mahalo for your interest and participation as an exhibitor and/or sponsor for the 69th Annual Hawaiʻi State Law Enforcement Officials Association (HSLEOA) Conference hosted by the Honolulu Police Department.  The conference will be held at the Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort & Spa across from the famous Waikīkī Beach from September 3-5, 2025.

HSLEOA's annual training conference is the only statewide event to bring together Hawaiʻi's law enforcement executives, managers, officers, federal law enforcement officials, military law enforcement personnel, prosecuting attorneys, county attorneys, and police commissioners.

Please consider joining us for an event that will allow for networking opportunities and to highlight your services, products, and support for the law enforcement community.  Your participation will make a significant difference in ensuring the success of the conference.

We have many sponsorship levels available to meet the needs of your organization.  As an independent 501(c)(3) organization, your contributions to HSLEOA may be tax deductible.

The exhibitor ballroom will be open to all attendees during conference hours.  Exhibitors will be able to set up on September 2nd, a day prior to the conference.  A limited number of hotel rooms at a discounted conference rate will be available to silver to diamond level sponsors.  Room reservations via a special link must be booked by August 2nd.

HOTEL INFORMATION 

STAY AT KAUAʻI’s PREMIER SOUTH SHORE RESORT – the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi Resort and Spa located beachfront on the beautiful white sands of Poiʻpu.  HSLEOA has negotiated special hotel room rates for our Silver – Diamond level sponsors/exhibitors with the Grand Hyatt Kauaʻi Resort and Spa for 1 King or 2 Queen, 500 sq. ft. partial ocean view rooms. The HSLEOA special nightly rate is $500.00, including the room and discounted resort fee (excludes taxes). The regular rate for these rooms typically starts at $915.00 per night (excluding resort fees and taxes). 

IMPORTANT: You must book your rooms before July 26, 2024, through the HSLEOA sponsor/exhibitor room registration link provided to our sponsors to ensure discounted rates apply. Cancellations after August 3, 2024, may result in cancellation fees.
